IG增粉 申请专利后如何应对他人的恶意投诉?IG comments for sale

Amazon上有越来越多的投诉是因为 供货商互相“诬告”造成的，规避类似问题 好的方法就是提前注册专利。

获得专利申请回执后，除非相关 知识产权注册署驳回专利申请（2年以上），AMZ将认定你的产品没有侵犯他人专利。你可以按照以下模版回复邮件给Amazon, 注意，你需要向Amazon提供以下信息：  

带签字的投诉书（电子／邮寄）; 

描述侵权的依据; 侵权的Listing网址；  

版权方的详细地址、电话、Email，需要与专利申请人一致； 

说明对方在版权方不知情的情况下盗用了你的版权； 

说明你是版权方或版权方授权对相关问题提起投诉； 

附件：专利受理回执、专利受理截图

邮件模版如下：

Thank you very much for your email.

We are happy to solve this issue with you. Please kindly be noted that our products and patent are protected by （美国知识产权局 the United States Patent & Trademark Office, 或者欧盟知识产权局 the European Union Intellectual Property Office), and here are the registration details:

You may find documents for our registration in the attachment.
